With over five generations of Dukes developing property in Detroit, this company has earned their place as one of the largest commercial real estate firms in Southeast Detroit. Their outstanding reputation in the community, however, was not being translated to the digital space. Check out how REX did a complete brand make-over for this legacy firm.
Bringing a 45-yr old brand to the modern era.
Our core challenge was to modernize the Thomas Duke brand without losing their historical identity. In order to do this, we designed a logo that harkens back to the original, with their signature teal color and classic font. The new service mark with an “est. 1976” date balances both a modern and classic look. This corporate vintage duality permeates throughout the new website, print materials, and other marketing assets.
